By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any Teecus subscription service offered by Teecus, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Subscription Agreement , as well as the Teecus User Agreement and Teecus Privacy Policy. This Agreement constitutes a binding legal agreement between You and the Company governing Your access to and use of the Subscription Service. If You do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, You must not purchase, subscribe to, or use the Subscription Service. Your continued use of the Subscription Service after any modifications to this Agreement shall constitute Your acceptance of the modified terms.
The Company offers three Subscription Service plans for Users to choose from, each providing access to exclusive premium features of Teecus, an innovative AI custom short sleeve virtual try-on tool. Teecus allows You to upload portrait photos and freely set personalized parameters including clothing style, version, color, and size. The AI automatically and intelligently synthesizes realistic try-on effects, no need to rely on built-in materials, and completely customizes exclusive outfits according to personal preferences. It accurately fits body proportions and wearing postures, restoring real fabric drape and overall shape. With a clean and professional interface, Teecus is intuitive and easy to operate, supporting one-click generation, high-definition saving, and quick sharing. Whether You are designing exclusive clothing, matching personalized styles, or previewing customized outfit effects, Teecus can easily achieve it, bringing You a highly free, efficient, and convenient AI virtual try-on experience. All Subscription Plans are subject to the terms of this Agreement, and the Company reserves the right to modify the features included in each plan at its discretion, with prior notice to subscribed Users. All Subscription Plans require You to be at least 18 years of age or older ; by subscribing, You confirm that You meet this age requirement. At the core of the Subscription Service is the Company’s unwavering commitment to privacy and security: we protect your privacy information, strictly do not collect any facial information or biometric data, use only Teecus’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing, and we never send Your data to any third-party services . These commitments are embedded in every aspect of the Subscription Service, ensuring Your use is private, secure, and free from unnecessary data collection or third-party interference.
The following Subscription Plans are currently available for purchase. All prices are in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without prior notice, though existing subscribers will not be affected by price changes during their active subscription period. All plans include the same premium features, with differences only in subscription term and billing frequency. All Subscription Plans grant You unlimited AI-generated try-on results, unlimited high-definition saves, ad-free experience, priority customer support, and full access to all advanced clothing customization features (including exclusive styles, versions, colors, sizes, and fabric options), in addition to all free features of the App. All data processing for the Subscription Service is completed locally on Your device, and no personal information, facial data, or content is ever collected, stored, or shared with third parties .
Subscription Term : 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (the “Subscription Start Date”). The subscription will automatically renew for successive 30-day periods unless canceled in accordance with Section 7 (Cancellation and Renewal).
Premium Features Included : Unlimited AI-generated try-on results with no restrictions on customization attempts, unlimited high-definition saves to Your device’s photo library, ad-free experience with no interruptions while using the App, Priority customer support .
Billing Frequency : Monthly, on the same calendar day as the Subscription Start Date (or the last day of the month if the start date is not applicable).
Subscription Term : 180 calendar days (6 months) from the Subscription Start Date. The subscription will automatically renew for successive 180-day periods unless canceled in accordance with Section 7 (Cancellation and Renewal).
Premium Features Included : Unlimited AI-generated try-on results with no restrictions on customization attempts, unlimited high-definition saves to Your device’s photo library, ad-free experience with no interruptions while using the App, Priority customer support .
Billing Frequency : Semi-annually (every 6 months), on the same calendar day as the Subscription Start Date (or the last day of the month if the start date is not applicable).
Subscription Term : 365 calendar days (1 year) from the Subscription Start Date. The subscription will automatically renew for successive 365-day periods unless canceled in accordance with Section 7 (Cancellation and Renewal).
Premium Features Included : Unlimited AI-generated try-on results with no restrictions on customization attempts, unlimited high-definition saves to Your device’s photo library, ad-free experience with no interruptions while using the App, Priority customer support .
Billing Frequency : Annually, on the same calendar day as the Subscription Start Date (or the last day of the month if the start date is not applicable).
Payment Authorization : By subscribing to any Subscription Plan, You authorize the Company to charge the payment method You provide (via Your device’s App Store, credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods) for the full subscription fee at the time of purchase and for each automatic renewal period. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information, and to update such information promptly if it changes (e.g., expired credit card).
Payment Responsibility : You are responsible for all charges associated with Your Subscription Service, including any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion costs. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Subscription Service if payment is not received or if Your payment method is declined. If a payment is declined, the Company may attempt to process the payment again within a reasonable period; failure to resolve payment issues may result in termination of Your subscription.
Price Changes : The Company may change the subscription fees for any Subscription Plan at any time, but such changes will not apply to Your active subscription period. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect for your next renewal period. If You do not agree to the new price, You may cancel Your subscription before the renewal date.
Access Rights : Upon successful payment and activation of Your Subscription Plan, You will gain immediate access to the premium features associated with all Subscription Plans for the duration of the subscription term. Access is limited to a single User per subscription; sharing, transferring, or selling Your subscription access to any third party is strictly prohibited.
Usage Restrictions : You agree to use the Subscription Service in compliance with this Agreement, the Teecus User Agreement, and the Teecus Privacy Policy. You shall not use the Subscription Service for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to generating harmful content (obscene, sexual, violent, or illegal content), infringing on third-party rights, or bypassing the Company’s privacy or security measures. The Subscription Service is for personal, non-commercial use only; commercial use is strictly prohibited without the Company’s prior written permission.
Account Anonymity : Consistent with Teecus’s privacy commitments, no personal information is collected or required to subscribe to the Subscription Service . Your subscription is linked only to your payment method (for billing purposes) and not to any personally identifiable information. The Company does not track your usage of the Subscription Service beyond what is necessary to process payments and maintain access to premium features. We strictly do not collect any facial information or biometric data from Your uploaded photos, camera usage, or device, and all content generated through the Subscription Service is stored exclusively locally on Your device.
The Company’s privacy commitments, as outlined in the Teecus Privacy Policy, apply fully to the Subscription Service. We strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or any other form of personally identifiable information from Your uploaded portrait photos, camera usage, or device. We use only Teecus’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing. We never send Your data, photos, generated try-on results, customized clothing parameters, or any information about Your use of the App or Subscription Service to any third-party services .
All payment information is processed securely through Your device’s App Store payment processor; the Company does not store any payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) on its servers. Your payment information is encrypted and protected in accordance with industry standards to ensure security. All content generated or uploaded through the Subscription Service is stored exclusively locally on Your device, and You have full control over such content at all times. The Company does not track Your usage habits, record Your browsing history within the App, or collect any device information that could identify You individually, ensuring Your anonymity and privacy are protected throughout Your use of the Subscription Service.
Automatic Renewal : All Subscription Plans are set to automatically renew at the end of their term unless You cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. You will receive a reminder notification via the email associated with your device’s App Store account (if provided) or through the App at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Cancellation Process : You may cancel Your subscription at any time through the “Subscription Settings” section of the App or via Your device’s App Store subscription management. Cancellations are effective immediately, and You will retain access to the premium features until the end of the current subscription term. No refunds are provided for partial subscription terms, unused premium features, or canceled subscriptions, except as required by applicable law.
Refund Policy : Refunds are only available for subscriptions canceled within 7 calendar days of the Subscription Start Date, provided that You have not used more than 10% of the premium features (e.g., fewer than 5 AI-generated try-on results or saves). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval. After the 7-day grace period, no refunds will be issued.
All intellectual property rights in the Subscription Service, including but not limited to the premium features (unlimited try-on results, HD saves, ad-free experience, advanced customization, and Priority customer support), self-developed AI technology, software code, and content, are owned exclusively by the Company. Your subscription grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the premium features for personal, non-commercial purposes only . You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any of the Company’s intellectual property rights associated with the Subscription Service without the Company’s prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property rights constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your Subscription Service at any time, without prior notice, if You violate any term of this Agreement, the Teecus User Agreement, or engage in any unauthorized or harmful use of the Subscription Service (including generating prohibited content). Termination may also occur if Your payment method is declined and payment issues are not resolved within a reasonable period. Upon termination, all access to premium features will cease immediately, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by canceling Your subscription in accordance with Section 7 (Cancellation and Renewal). Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve You of any liability arising from Your improper use of the Subscription Service prior to termination.
The Subscription Service and premium features are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Subscription Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects, or that the premium features will meet Your expectations. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Your use of the Subscription Service , including but not limited to damages resulting from subscription cancellations, access issues, or unused premium features. You agree that You use the Subscription Service at Your own risk. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any content generated through the Subscription Service, and You are solely responsible for any use or sharing of such content.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Subscription Service or any Subscription Plan at any time, with prior notice to subscribed Users. Such changes may include adjusting subscription terms, adding or removing premium features, or discontinuing a Subscription Plan. If the Company discontinues a Subscription Plan You are subscribed to, You will be offered the option to switch to another available plan or receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of Your subscription term.
